SafeguardsSurayeSwipe was developed with your privacy and safety in mind. Our philosophy is to not only protect your personal information, but to also make sure that your dating life remains both personal and private. With that in mind, we have built in the following protections into SurayeSwipe:
We respect your privacy. As such, we don’t save your chats indefinitely. Messages are deleted from our server as soon as the message is read. For group chats in Meetups, the chat is not fully deleted from our servers until all individuals in the chat have read the message. We can only see the number of messages sent back and forth. Otherwise, all we have is your profile information and who you match with. But that’s it!
You should expect privacy from your fellow Suraye. We can’t be any clearer:
Screenshots are BANNED!
In the first instance a screenshot is detected, violators will receive a reminder warning. In the second instance, violators will be suspended for 1 month. In the third instance, violators will be banished from SurayeSwipe forever.
The only exception to the screenshot ban is that we will automatically take a screenshot of your current chat page if you report threatening or extremely outrageous behavior against another user. These screenshots are saved only on our server and not stored on your phone.
Reporting RulesYou may report individuals for the following issues:
Inactive Accounts are DeletedIf you stop using the app, then we want to respect your privacy and we do not want to keep presenting your profile to others. So if you are a free member not active after one year, we will automatically delete your profile from the app.
